| Catskill Country Agreement and Terms Name of Renter:___________________________________________ Address:_________________________________________________ Phone# Home___________________Work#_____________________ Cell#____________________________________________________ This letter of agreement is to clarify the terms of your occupancy at 528 Wagner Avenue & to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings. Occupancy: The number of people staying at the house shall not exceed the total listed in your rental agreement. The maximum house occupancy is 5 people including children. A $25.00, per person, per day fee will automatically be added to your account if the agreed to occupancy is exceeded. You must be 21 to rent the Catskill Country House. Owner's right of entry: Owner or owner representative shall have the right to enter premises at all times necessary to make needed repairs, clean or show the property if required. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A fee will be assessed for cleaning and odor removal for smoking in the house and a loss of your security deposit. Cleaning: A $50.00 cash cleaning fee must be left for the housekeeper at the end of your stay. Reservation Deposit: A security deposit of $300 is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. It will be returned to you within two weeks after the house is inspected upon your departure. Your security deposit will be refunded provided the following provisions are met: * No damage is done to the property or its contents * All debris, rubbish and discards are taken away, no dirty dishes left in the sink *There is no evidence of smoking in the house Supplies and Toiletries: Guests shall provide their own soaps, shampoos, and other personal items. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, please call or e-mail us as soon as possible. One half of your deposit will be returned if the cancellation is less than one month in advance. One half of the rental fee will be returned if the cancellation is less than 2 weeks. Renter Responsibility: You are responsible for the house and all items in the house and on the grounds. This includes any items that are damaged or stolen during your stay. Owners of the house are not responsible for the actions of you or your party while on the grounds. Rates: Rates include use of the entire house including all bedding, and kitchen equipment. Electric heat is included.
