* Week (i.e. Fri-Thurs or Sun-Sat nights): up to 5 people $900


* Holiday Weekend (Fri & Sat nights): up to 5 people $600


* Holiday Week ( i.e. Sun-Sat or Fri-Thurs nights): up to 5 people $1175


**Holiday weekends may include: Belleayre Winter Festival week, Martin Luther,        
President's Day week, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day,                
Thanksgiving, Christmas week, and New Years.


* Weeknights/Extra night: up to 5 people $175 per night


* Monthly rates differ based on the season



* Taxes are included.
* A $50 cleaning fee should be left in an envelope at the time of departure.

* Check-out is around 11:00 am, we are flexible.

* A $300 refundable security/damage deposit is required to reserve dates.  Full payment is due one     
  month in advance. Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.

** Cancellation fee: If cancellation is less than one month in advance, we will keep 1/2 of the deposit.
 If cancellation is less than 2 weeks, 1/2 of rental fee is due.
